Funding
The course fees for Greater Manchester and Cumbria and Lancshire are currently funded from central funds supplied by the DOH for Healthcare Professionals working within the NHS.
Support for funding for the course is accessed by using the North West Combined Application Form (link to form here, but awaiting up to date one from the HEIs) which needs to be signed off by the designated NMP Lead within each individual organisation.
N.B. Any organisation that fails to support students who enter onto the NMP programme will be re-charged directly for the costs of training.
Students who do not work for the NHS or where course approval from the NMP Lead (in conjunction with their line manager) is not granted, can self-fund. Details of costs can be obtained direct from individual HEIs.
